"I feel we had a very pleasant experience working with HCS. We were living 500 miles away at the time and HCS was recommended to us as a quality builder.

Working so far away presented its challenges but the HCS team stepped up and met the challenge. At the beginning my wife and I met with their team and went over our wants and needs. As we planned on living in this home during our retirement, we had special features incorporated to meet the needs of an aging couple. Ryan, their engineer, was patient and knowledgeable and came up with the blueprints that is meeting our needs very well. Jill was extremely helpful on keeping us on track with the decisions we needed to make and in planning with the supplying vendors so we could pick the appliances, colors, and materials we wanted for our interior. The home was well built and on time.

As with any complicated and expensive project there are items that just do not come out right or that move with time or break. Tim and his warranty crew have been super to work with. They are not judgmental but are very friendly get the work done.

"After being in the house for a few months we want to take a few moments to express our sincere gratitude to your staff. You should be extremely proud of the job that everyone has done on our home. Before we began the project, I was skeptical that HCS could do a modern house to our taste. I was wrong!

Justin did a great job putting the project together, crunching the numbers, figuring out how to get almost all of the items on our wish list and generally walking us through the difficulties of the project. I’m not sure how Ryan did it, but he was able to extract the vision from our heads and turn it into a real house. He basically read our minds and even made improvements we didn’t even know we wanted. Our house design exceeded our expectations.

Jill did a great job helping us with picking finishes, tried to keep us on schedule, and has been great dealing with any issues that have arisen. This has not been an easy task, as I am particular and a serial procrastinator. Arlan’s attention to detail and patience was fantastic. Brody was great managing the construction, explaining the options, and granting requests. I’m sure Tim and Freddy are tired of seeing us, but they have done a great job with the finishes, details, and repairs. One of the things we are most impressed with is that the answer is never “no” with your entire staff. Nobody rolls their eyes or complains. They get the job done.

I apologize if any names were unintentionally left off. I know a ton of work went into our home. Thank you to all that had a hand in the project. This build was more than just a house to us. We had very high expectations and feel that most were either met or exceeded. Please accept our sincere gratitude and thanks for everything involved with our home.
