After your initial 1% down payment, HCS carries the financing until completion and the closing at the bank. This not only saves you time and money, but also spares you the unnecessary headaches associated with a construction loan.

HCS has a staff of full-time building designers, project coordinators, and an estimator that will guide you through the entire home building experience. We have fine-tuned our process to include an accurate building schedule and a comprehensive homeowners manual making building a home an enjoyable experience.
