Step Three: Meet with Building Designer
Let's discuss the details and finalize your home plans. We’ll work together to ensure every aspect is thoughtfully considered, from layout to design elements. Your vision is our priority, and we’ll make sure everything aligns perfectly with your expectations. Together, we’ll create a space that truly feels like home.

Step Five: Sign-up Meeting
To formalize your project, you'll sign the construction contract along with the final plans and specifications. Typically, a down payment of 1% is required to initiate the process. Additionally, we will provide homeowner guidance tools that outline the remaining steps of the building process, ensuring you are well-informed and supported throughout.

Step Two: Meet with HCS Estimator
Explore various house plans that suit your lifestyle and preferences, while also considering the available lots. After our discussion, you'll receive a ballpark price, allowing you to gauge your budget effectively. Once you've found the perfect lot, you can reserve it with confidence Finally, we’ll guide you through signing your design agreement to bring your dream home to life.

Step Four: Designer Modifies Plan & Estimator Finalizes Pricing
Plans have been updated and are now ready for your review. Once plans receive approval, we will initiate the final estimating process. After you confirm the final price, a sign up meeting will be scheduled.
